I want to present another very skilled test knitter and patron; Anja Elsner, aka knuettanni on Ravelry, wearing her first version of Kaibara. The top is knitted in Rowan Cotton Glacé and knitted in size L with a 23 stitches and 30 rows gauge using 3.5 mm/US 4 needles. Anja writes the following on her project page: “The yarn is soft with a light shine, feels comfortable to the skin, I am content with it. After blocking it grew more in width than in length. If I knit another one I would make it a bit longer and I would do a deeper neckline.”

I am so thrilled she did, even in the same yarn, and above is the second one with some minor modifications, including embroidered stripes to hide the different dye lots. Thank you so much for making two stunning versions of Kaibara, Anja! The pattern in both English and Norwegian, is available in sizes XS to 5XL with a bust circumference of 82 to 166 cm/32.25 to 65.25 inches on Ravelry and LoveCrafts.
