I am thrilled to release the Masaye pattern, after a successful test knit in my Ravelry group. You can see the stunning results on the pattern page. I knitted Masaye in the lovely Noro Madara yarn sponsored by Knitting Fever. The pattern is available in both English and Norwegian from my Ravelry Store. On the cover is the gorgeous model Ammal Ahmed Haj Mohamed, with make-up & hair by Hina Suleman, captured by Eivind Røhne at Galleri Würth last year.
Masaye means blessed in Japanese, as wearing this set of cowl and wrist warmers hopefully will make you feel. The generous cowl, adorned with a fun cross cable, can be worn folded down or standing straight and will warm your neck on a cold day. The matching wrist warmers completes the accessory wintery outfit. Masaye is knitted in the lovely wool and silk yarn Noro Madara.
