I am so thrilled to have been selected as one of the teachers at the Swiss Yarn Festival, outside of Zurich at the end of March next year. The location is an old spinning mill that has been turned into a conference hotel called Riverside in Zweidlen-Glattfelden.
This will be the 6th yarn festival with an impressive line-up of 31 designers holding workshops.
There are many designers I am excited to meet for the first time and others I look forward to catching up with; Julie Dubreux, Aleks Byrd and Theresia Lew.

The workshop program is announced with a total of 90 workshops, about half of them in English and the other half in German with one exception: designer Meret Köhler teaches her workshops in both English and German. Registration for the workshops will open on the 10th of January.
The list of exhibitors is online and you will find a total of 78 vendors in the market hall. The admission tickets go on sale on the 24th of January.

During the festival, I will be holding 4 workshops: Smart Knitting Techniques (Friday from 10 am to 1 pm), Cable Knitting Masterclass (Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm), Japanese Patterns (Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm) and Professional Finishing (Sunday from 2 pm to 5 pm). I look forward to meeting both knitters I know and new knitters too!
