My Ravelry group is now 13 years old! There are now more than 2250 members to my delight! I am so pleased to have attracted so many wonderful knitters! It has been another thrilling year with many test knits of my English patterns, showing off of finished garments, discussions of different knitting techniques, chatting and Knit-A-Longs just to mention a few of the topics in this lovely group. I am delighted to have met so many new knitters.

So it is time to celebrate that thirteen years has passed! How can I best do this? By organising a draw in my group with 8 exciting prizes like 2 yarn kits from my stash (with pattern), plus e-books and pdf patterns from my Ravelry Store.

All you have to do is join my group on Ravelry, if you have not already done so, and post an answer to a simple question in the thread called: FREE YARN KITS – Group Anniversary Draw. I will use Random org to pick winners based on the number matching the response/posting on Thursday 18th of June. Modell Emmalin Williams, with make-up by Janne Skarpeid Hermansen, is wearing Mairead, brilliantly captured by photographer Eivind Røhne in Bøler kirke/Church back in 2022.

Second prize: 3 skeins of Noro Madara in Dark Brown 22 from my stash with the Masaye digital pattern (enough for the cowl & wrist warmers or another project). The design is worn by the gorgeous model Ammal Ahmed Haj Mohamed, with make-up & hair by Hina Suleman, captured by Eivind Røhne at Galleri Würth back in 2024.
